Challenge & Solution

With its old platform, IADR staff struggled to present data in a way that worked for the entire IADR team. IADR needed to present its data in a high-level capacity for executives and at a granular level for other staff. Additionally, IADR’s old system didn’t support event registration. IADR had to use a third-party platform to ensure event attendees could properly register.

IADR decided it wanted a modern AMS platform that worked with Salesforce, the top customer relationship management (CRM) system and chose Nimble AMS to meet its data needs and to enhance the experience of both staff and members.

Results

Since moving to Nimble AMS, IADR has greatly valued the user interface, finding it to be intuitive and user-friendly. IADR can leverage powerful reports and dashboards to track and present its data.
