7 standout moments from Xperience 24

Are you ready to learn even more about what happened at Xperience 24? Here are the seven stand out moments from Xperience 24:

1. Is your organization fulfilling its mission?

Keynote speaker, Justin Wren, shared his riveting life story with Xperience 24 attendees and encouraged everyone to consider how their organizations could do more to fulfill their mission.

Wren is a champion MMA fighter who founded the non-profit Fight For The Forgotten (FFTF). “When I stopped fighting for myself and started fighting for others I felt passion, I felt purpose, and that is what led to my greatest impact,” said Wren. Since 2013, FFTF has provided more than 52,000 indigenous people with access to clean drinking water, has helped 1,800 people out of slavery and into freedom, and has acquired more than 3,000 acres of land for indigenous tribes.

2. How well is your association driving member engagement?

In this exciting Nimble AMS presentation, Ryan Stark, Senior Business Analyst, and Jeff Golembiewski, VP of Business Solutions & Partnerships, discussed the importance of empowering association member engagement with proven strategies and technology. Throughout the member engagement journey, member commitment increases with more activity and more organization engagement.

For example, if a member is actively involved in your online community, they are more likely to renew their membership. The same goes for a member who is actively volunteering at your association. Throughout the membership journey, you can work with your team and your technology to keep your members active and engaged to keep them committed.

3. Is your association ready to use Generative AI?

Jake Juby, Director of Engineering R&D, presented on Generative Artificial Intelligence. AI is everywhere and likely your association is already leveraging AI or predictive analytics tools in some capacity. However, Generative AI is still somewhat new, and some organizations are hesitant to embrace this latest trend.

Juby presented the history of AI and vital information and trends about Generative AI. Most recently, Salesforce announced Agentforce, a Generative AI feature to support staff tasks in marketing, service, and e-commerce, boosting the user experience and efficiency. The Nimble AMS team is excited to start using Agentforce soon!

4. Take your member experience from average to exceptional!

In an exciting presentation about elevating the member experience, Ryan Stark, and Matt Rist, VP of Product – Associations, discussed how technology plays a key role. With the right technology, the member experience should be user-friendly and easy.

For example, with the Nimble AMS Experience Cloud Member Portal, your members will discover a modern and intuitive self-service portal, offering increased constituent independence, and boosting member engagement. The Nimble AMS Experience Cloud Member Portal also empowers your staff with campaign tracking, clear insights into your member behavior and ROI, user-friendly tools, and a powerful Experience Builder. You can also leverage AI to offer predictions based on your membership data.

5. Are you ready for the latest Association Trends Research Study?

The 2024 Association Trends Research Study is here! And Xperience 24 attendees got a sneak peek at some of the 2024 Association Trends key findings. Tirrah Switzer, Senior Director of Product Marketing, presented this exciting research and offered insights and strategies for organizations to use.

As in previous studies, there is a strong correlation between technology adoption and member loyalty. For example, 55% of members who view their professional organization as an early adopter of technology feel very satisfied and connected with the organization.

More members are engaging with their organizations through technology: 39% of members say they engage with their organization every day or at least once a week and 63% of Gen Z members engage with their organization at least once a day.

6. If your association isn’t leveraging predictive analytics, now’s the time!

Ryan Stark led a fascinating training about predictive analytics and why associations need to be utilizing this useful tool. Predictive analytics work to reduce staff time required to make decisions and act, ultimately predicting member behavior and offering targeted actions to increase member engagement.

With Nimble AMS, you can leverage predictive analytics tools to empower your staff to analyze your member data, identify patterns, and generate insights. By leveraging predictive analytics, you can make more informed decisions about how to engage with your members, how to boost member retention, or how to increase event attendance.

7. Is your organization fully harnessing its data to make proactive decisions?

Geoff Williams, Director of Business Solutions and Matt Rist, led an eye-opening session about how associations can gain powerful insights with the right AI and analytics tools. Recently Nimble AMS launched Nimble Intelligence, a new AI + BI powered analytics solution that enhances the standard Nimble AMS reporting capabilities.

Associations can leverage Nimble Intelligence for 29% faster time to business insights, 28% increase in productivity, and a 26% decrease in time required to analyze data. Nimble Intelligence offers pre-built dashboards to help your staff streamline operations and visualize your data on events, donations, member engagement, and predictions.
